We deliver production facilities under a single point of responsibility. One team owns the interfaces between design, supply, construction and start-up, so schedules hold and handover is clean.
Engineering, procurement, commissioning and installation (EPCI) is where Eclat started, and it remains the backbone of the business. Operators hand us a requirement; we return a working, documented facility.
Our engineers work across onshore, swamp and offshore locations, on new builds and on brownfield facilities that have to keep producing while we work. Procurement runs through Lagos and our Houston affiliate, Eclat Holdings LLC, which gives clients direct access to international manufacturers and OEMs.
Every EPCI job runs under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with inspection and test plans agreed up front and a complete handover dossier at the end.
