We work in a simple cycle: assess the threats, inspect against code, repair what needs repair, protect what is sound, and monitor the trend so the next round of work is planned rather than reactive.
Offshore, we work hand in hand with Blue Phoenix Deepwater, who bring diving, ROV, rope access and marine support, while Eclat leads integrity engineering, inspection and the client interface.
NDT inspection
UT including phased array, MPI, PT, ACFM and pulsed eddy current. API 510, 570 and 653 inspections.
Composite wrap repair
Leak and corrosion repair of pressure piping to ASME PCC-2 and ISO 24817, above and below water.
Thermal insulation
Design, supply and installation for pipelines, vessels and tanks, including surface preparation and blasting.
Corrosion & CP
Corrosion surveys, protective coating systems, and cathodic protection survey and retrofit.
Heat exchangers
Eddy current, remote field and IRIS tube testing, repair and re-tubing.
